While the PA1 were designed for passenger service, the New Haven used these unit to pull freight as well. Two As are available: 64424-1 New Haven ALCO PA1 775 64424-2 New Haven ALCO PA1 778 The ALCO PAs feature prototype specific details, 7mm can motor, dual flywheels, directional controlled LED lighting, six-axle trucks with blind middle axle (no flange), blackened metal wheels, traction tires, optional snow plow, optional front coupler cover and are DCC ready. Note, the optional plow and coupler cover are located under the box insert.
