    Hi
today I changed the AZL coppler to an MTL coppler
    MTL-002 02 021,
The MTL coppler are longer than the old one, but it is possible, because I used it only one side (my 2 UP Alcos are a fixed with cable to an "double" );)

The 'side' view, the coupler body is under the truck. Does it interfere with Up/Down truck movement ?

    Hi Jeff

The locos run on my perfect, gut I use minimum Radius 275 and more.
If I install the MTL coupler it Looks for my opinion good for standard Märklin radius
    The Trucks have enough space.
The only und Problem is, if you want use 2 MTL, you install the Second After the shell

Hello Jürgen, so if I understand correctly, because the MTL-couplers are larger than the original ones, the shell will not fit over the chassis when MTL couplers are used on both sides of the loco. And your solution is to install one coupler after placing the shell (in which case, I guess, you would have to remove the coupler before you can remove the shell?) - OR use two loco's in double traction with each one MTL coupler?

I was going to use the AZL solid coupler that clips on to the plow, leaving some swing. Then use a short 'MOW' or such flatcar that would have an MTL coupler. This would add 20~40' but be quick and simple.

    While I have the 9 SD's opened for Alex's drop-in decoders, I'll look at your solution !

I enjoyed the video and really enjoyed seeing your layout. Your track plan is really well thought. It has a unique degree of realism that just has a prototypical look. Nice!

And to copy Joe’s post above, ditto on the video and the layout. Fantastic work and I have to keep reminding myself its Z-scale. Great work my friend!
