Are you sure it needs one? I have a VO-1000 and the drop in board was really easy to install. If I understand correctly it is for all Atlas VO-1000s.
Atlas I know makes a drop in for it but it is a lenz, the shop I work at only has digitrax and they recomend the hard wire dz series leaving the stock light board,I'm good with the power, motor, but the lights always confuse me as far as where to cut the wire tracing in the board. It's for a customer so I have to care if I burn it out dang it!
Guess I would order one from TCS. See ;TCS VO1000 Decoder Installation for N-Scale Atlas VO1000 I would think it is going to be a tight fit to install a hard wire decoder. Even a DZ125 will be a challenge.
The TCS decoder is so far superior than the Lenz or the Digitrax. The board replacement will be less expensive than the wired decoder since it is a 5 minute install instead of a loneg install when you take into account the existing light board modifications. And, there would need to be frame modification too.
