ANyone have info on NS NEW A/C units?

    I can think of a few more instances than the where power doesn't really stray... the 15 LEADER equipped 9700 series and the 15 DPU equipped 9200 series.

    The ECP-DPU equipped ES40DCs strayed a bit more than expected... this was a big problem when there wasn't a lot of them, but with the retrofit of the earlier 7600s with ECP and the assignment of sets to certain trains, it's not one now.


    They're running at least one ECP train out of Williamson, with another on the way (Williamson is retroftting the older FCA Autoflood IIIs with ECP, with the old valves going back to FCA for use on the stainless steel triple hoppers))

    Just had 10 of them out of Columbus to Portsmouth enroute east in a power move on Oct 1st. Really like the locos other than the pilot chair in the middleof the cab. The control stand was ok as well with the computer screns stright ahead. These are gonna be great units in my first impression, but then again 10 other motors does not represent a train.

    They're being broken in on pusher sets on the Pokey... one's already gettng sent back to Erie.
