I plan to head up there this spring. Probably right after I get my new garden in. But it's on the list.
For anyone interested. The Forrest Park museum in Perry has Platt maps open to viewing. Its only for Dallas county, but there is a lot of info there. There is also a section in the museum set aside for the railroads. For those that don't know. Perry was a very active railroad town. Milwaukee, The Louie and the Iowa Interurban. So go check it out.
