Hi all, I spend very few time on internet and forums, but still, it's been several years now that I follow Trainboard, looking for tech tips and admiring layouts and so on. Some of you may know e via AZL Forum or the French one us.leforum.eu I finally take some time to register myself! I'm French, 36, and in US Z-scale for half of my life I started with a famous US Marklin set and never stopped since! I had several small home layout project, but the real one started 4 years ago, with a home L-shape layout of 4,.5 m by 2.2 m, DCC. I increased y locos and rolling stock collection with AZL and MTL stuff, and I finally found time to start building my tracks, using Fast Track(C-40). A real pleasure. Last year I decided to start a new adventure, by designing and building Z-scale structures, inspired by real historical American buildings. I work on my own and do all the steps from designing, building (using 3D printing), packing, shipping etc You can see my first releases on my web site: https://zandusmodels.wordpress.com So far I mainly focussed on City Buildings, Down Town, a freight Depot and 2 passenger stations, all structures fiting the era of the early 1900-1950. I plan to build more trackside structures in the future, detailing etc Do not hesitate if you have some ideas (not modern for the moment, maybe later!). I'll post some pictures of my layout later on. ++ Charlie
