I received an alert that my email address was incorrect. That is strange because i have received email from the board. I replied to the email that you sent me.
Somehow I am not recalling us sending such messages, using the word "incorrect". We can receive a bounce notice when you sign on. Be careful out there. Someone could be spoofing us, to get your information.
My account email is correct, been receiving notifications since joining almost 4 years ago without issue. I received one today at 12:20pm EDT with the following message.
Mark- You are indeed showing as bouncing. This usually happens with the member email server. A notification from us is somehow classified by their system as spam. As an example, in recent years, (although this is not your resource), Google has been horrible to us in this regard.
Thanks for the info. Interesting. Just went into email host and added the Trainboard address to book + senders list. I also use Outlook and other apps, which talk to the host to retrieve email but will hold to to see if issue is resolved
The same for me. Furthermore the link received in the message from Trainboard is wrong : "Error 404". Strange. Dom
