I interviewed 6 months ago in LA for a conductor position and was not selected. Waited my 6 months and 2 days later applied for a conductor position in Seattle WA. 24 hours later I received a thank you for applying but not meeting requirements at his time. It was auto message from a commuter. I was wondering before I continue to apply if I need to wait a specific time after the 6 months.
    Thank you

I'd keep trying as often as possible.

I believe there is a difference between being 'not selected' and being 'rejected'. The six month wait is only if you were rejected at a specific location. You must wait the six months only at that location. You can apply anywhere else at any time unless you were told specifically you cannot apply anywhere for six months.
