The following are 3D printed wiring connectors. Primarily used to connect a larger gauge wire to smaller gauge wire or wires. They could be used at the end of the run for a larger gauge wire but I designed them mainly to be used on runs of buss wires feeding feeders that go from the buss wire to sections of track. Using them you don't have to cut the long buss wire. Just remove insulation from it where you want to drop a feeder.

Above are single connectors that could be used at the end of a larger wire or some place along its length.

Above is a double connector that could be used on a set of parallel wires that you want to drop feeders off of.

I made a lighter version (right above) and a heavier version. I'll try the lighter ones as they print faster but if they seem to fail for some reason will move to the heavier version. I'd appreciated feedback on these if anyone has problems or suggestions.

On a long wire that we want to tap into we need to strip some insulation. Pretty easy if you have wire strippers.

With two cuts on the insulation we just need to remove the insulation between the cuts.

I've made these but haven't used them yet so use at your own risk. You can also find the above on my web site here....
