Wreck of PRR freight train RH-8

In 1956 the PRR transferred Maynard Krug out to Anderson, Indiana, where he served as track supervisor of the PRR's Richmond Branch between Richmond and Logansport, IN. Here's the wreck train in the aftermath of a freight wreck / derailment near Elwood, Indiana

Wow, wonder what the cause of that wreck was, Roger. Track looks straight as an arrow. Broken rail?

It must have been a broken rail or wheel.

Snow, cold. I would first guess broken rail.
