Wineman has a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and is a Professional Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the transit industry supporting new vehicle procurements and overhauls. She joins LTK’s Vehicle Engineering Structural Group as a Senior Engineer. Leibowitz has a Master of Science in Materials Engineering from MIT, and has 30 years of experience in testing and development of processing equipment, including 19 years in the transit industry. He joins LTK’s Vehicle Engineering Structural Group as a Senior Consultant.
