Originally I made the z-brackets out of wood. I switched to steel, as it is easier to make, takes up less undertable space and looks more elegant.
The z-brackets were bent from tie plates and are used to attach lower elevation areas.
I shored up the Riverside Drive Underpass by mounting the original cut-out with homemade z-brackets.
