It's been renovated to an Industrial park, with its own railroad. I still need the name of said railroad.

It's South of the Twin Cities but North of the Quad Cities.
Also it's one of the last railroads to operate a certain type of locomotive.
CLUE: This railroad is east of the Mississippi......Literally!
