I am looking for one of these cranes - simple metal castings glued and painted but I can't find anything similar now. Any leads?

I have since discovered that this crane was made my TR Hobby Products, if that will jog anyone's mind to having seen one somewhere.

I too have one of those cranes and a few other pieces from TR hobbies. Pretty nice cast pewter kits. Though some came with instructions, a few didn't. But like you VictoriaDave, I can't seem to find any more or anything about them anywhere on the net. If someone else on here has any info about these it sure would be a great help!

I have tracked TR Hobby Products down to Florida and have a phone number (352 465 5998). I have phoned a couple of times and get a recording that they are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 am to 2 pm and have left my phone number and email address on the answering machine. No reply yet and since I am in Victoria BC they may not consider it worth calling back, but I will keep trying. I couldn't find an email address for them.

Have you searched for Tomytec cranes?

The only Tomytec "N scale" item I purchased was grossly out of scale so I have avoided their stuff since.

Of course I don't know if it is all out of scale, but I worry about trying another.
