    It says on the elevator, but the scan just pixellates when you try to enlarge it.

    Could be an interesting search. As noted, 2004 calendar and that view could be from a bit earlier. So the surroundings may have changed. Elevators demolished, etc.

    Going to say Gothenburg, NE. Photo taken from the Avenue G bridge, looking NW. That road crossing would be Avenue E. It does look different today but it has all the right landmarks...

    I second that! Google Street View confirms -- too many matching points (and only the old tower gone) even down to the Quonset huts!

    I like this wide and flat scenery and want to model it in N-Scale.
