Hello, at last weekends americaN meeting I shot some footage about switching action in a small classification yard. Have fun!
Quite interesting and something I had never seen especially depicted so well. You guys have it down to a science and DCC is spot on. Thanks for sharing
Man, the wrecking crew got those derailments cleaned up quick!! Nice video, and nice little yard to switch!
Great video! I'd have liked to see the train orders and logic that directed how all the cars got sorted. Brian
Looks like loads of fun and speeding up the video was a good idea. Also the sorting shelves to help deal with car cards and train orders completes the experience and keeps the layout clear of such paperwork.
Nice, thanks. What are you guys using for the uncoupling? Seems like a slick one touch operation, and doesn't look like one of ricks picks? Donald Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
Hey, don't be knocking my picks. Funny but I use skewers to uncouple my knuckle couplers. Cheap alternative.
Hey yourself. I use skewers and picks, but I've not got myself as slick as the video team. Always need a paw to stop knocking over one of the boxcars. Maybe need get with the Weight programme, and add a bit to my cars. Donald Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
