Finnished my SP 70 Ton project

    Finally got this little guy done. End hand rails were a bit of a challenge (They are not 100% correct - but - they get the point across). This unit was converted to MU operation in the late '50's/early 60's. So, I had to represent that. Added a bunch of other detail and fixed the factories goof up on the rear cab paint.

    Cool! Is this one of the engines a person might have seen operating down the Coos Bay line, toward Powers, Oregon and the Coos Bay Lumber (rail) operations?

    Yes, it sure is. SP loved to use these little guys on those light rail branch lines.

    Well done mate!! Those end handrails really look good. I love small locos, especially the 70 tonners.
