    Interesting story!

I've moved this over to The Inspection Pit, so more folks will see and read it.

Hi John, Welcome if I hadn't done so before. I know very little of the Borough of Richmond, having set foot there only once or twice 60+ years ago. However, I look forward to more of your research into popular, yet lesser known history. Thanks for this insight into the Rat Master's hobbies, other than his antics leading the Rat Pack.

The Sinatra home in Palm Springs is owned by the wealthiest Canadian man named Jimmy Pattison, worth roughly 9.5 billion. Jimmy hired a local very well known toy train collector with a great looking layout, not the plywood central so many toy trains are exhibited on. I can't recall the name of the chap but he lives in Greater Vancouver BC and he flies down regularly to maintain Sinatra's toy train layout and engines.
