    I always loved the sweeping art deco nose of the GS-2's and 3's more than that of the GS-4. On a GS-3, there is a smooth, unbroken s-curve from the smokebox to the light, while the GS-4's nose is rather bulgy by comparison with only convex curves rather than the transition to a concave point.

    Both the model and the scenery is splendid as well. Ay info on the model and/or layout?

    The scenery on that layout is great! Part of me wants to order a bunch of supplies I think I recognise and try to reverse engineer the looks of that scenery.

    This is the handiwork of the professional layout builder Karl Sinn in Germany. He runs Spur Z Atelier (Z Scale Studio). LINK

    At that link, please take a look at his "Tucson, Arizona" layout. It is so realistic. I am amazed at the things he does to provide realism in modeling z scale. You would be hard-pressed to find a better modeler for realism.
