I'm wondering if anyone has a personal connection to Kendall Johnen at Blue Caboose? If so, could you PM me? I'm trying to reach him about a completed order but he hasn't returned my communications in months.

While not a personal connection, I have been in contact with him over the last month or two about doing some custom work for me, and he has been responsive (usually within a couple days) although I do not have an order with him yet.

 

Thanks for the reply. I have since been in contact a few times with him. It sounds like he was sending emails but I wasn't getting them for some reason. I had always received them before so not sure what's up with that. He has since replied using a different device and so I think I feel better that I can reach him.

I will second this comment! I have a lot of his custom paint locomotives.

 

Haven't been able to get in contact for month or so with Kendall. Voice mail is full and no response to email. Anybody heard from him lately?

Jeff is another fantastic custom painter! I have many awesome custom locomotives from him.

 

Looks like I'm behind times. Let's see what custom paint job would I need? Looks like it's inventory time with an eye on what I need...or don't.
