Hi everyone, I just got my first 3 L&N E8 units and they will not stay coupled to a micro trains coupler on left turns. Anyone else seeing this problem? One or 2 cars are OK but 5 or more and it lets go in the first left turn. If you have this problem and have cured it please let me know how you did it. If you have this problem and have not cured it please let me know it not just me. TIA, Dave
Dave, have you looked to see if any flash or debris is not allowing the coupler to move that direction? James
Hi James, you called it. A little piece of flash was keeping the coupler from closing all the way. Also didn't notice I was using a box car with a body mounted coupler making the problem much more apparent.
