NYC 19000 series caboose info? Decals?

    Well,I looked high and low for pics of one with a Cigar Band Herald,no luck..But I did find this..Now,I gotta believe someone is yanking my chain here,why doesn't it say Penn Central? I'm just gonna go with no herald..

    P&LE 5425 on Page 73 of the New York Central Color Guide to Freight and Passenger Equipment (Volume 1) from Morning Sun? That's a brown boxcar with the "Serves the Steel Centers" slogan and an outline white cigar band herald with black under only the "Central." It looked strange to me too, but I did see an explanation about this somewhere online. Do I remember where? No... [banghead]

    The same book, Page 91, has caboose 17919 found in 1967 with no herald. True, not a 19000 series, but a wood sheathed car, originally built in 1924 for the Michigan Central.
