Thank you for the comments guys, very much appreciated. I forgot to mention that all the lights are fiber optics and actually only 3 LEDs (white, red, green) illuminating the fibers. I have almost 1,500 feet of various size fibers in the module. This was pretty in show setups but it seemed the backing soda snow caused some conductivity issues, so I quit taking it to shows. To toot my own horn, this module won "Best Module" at the 2004 Oklahoma City Train Show. Carl
Very nice Christmas display. Doesn't Woodland Scenics make some snow that might be better than the Baking Soda?
I seem to recall setting up next to you at the convention in Chantilly (?) years ago. COOL any way to look at it.
Nice display Carl, I’m glad to see it. I was just talking to my wife about how strange it that I don’t see many train hobbyists doing anything for the holidays. I myself go all out with train displays for the holidays.
Very very nice Christmas display, and a Merry Christmas to you and yours Carl Straw your display brings back so many fond memories. Sleep Nice display man. And while were at it Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night
Dang; I was at the OKC show and missed these in all the excitement! Thanks for sharing the pics, and Merry Christmas to you as well!
