I purchased the M-1 Kato starter set. I'm working with a 3 X 5 Area and I would like to incline the track with a river and tunnel - Any Ideas woul be most appreciated - Thanks In Advance
You don't need to incline the track to have a river and bridge. Just lay the track on extruded polystyrene insulation board and cut out the river beneath the track. Do a search for the n scale Carolina Central, an excellent starter layout, it inspired my first layout.
buford, welcome to the forum. it would be helpful to have more information. will there be additional track or are you sticking to that in the M-1 set? do you wish to have incline/decline in elevation of track, or work in scenery to provide the river and tunnel by using foam or risers? do you plan on expanding this at some point, or no? thanks Gary
