I picked up 4 packs of the 20-185 banked dual rail track. I also picked up a few 4" dual straights of the same type of track. I noticed that when I connect 20-000 or the 4" dual line straights, the higher rail does not connect correctly and there is about a .33mm height difference. Are there special adapter tracks that I should be using when transitioning from banked to straight flat. It derails passengers cars and light freight cars. all of my SD90(s) when moving at around 45Mhp and above (scale speed)

    Transition tracks...

I think you're gonna' need transition corners on the leading and trailing end of any curve that is superelevated. Check Kato's web site. They are there.

    Kato Easements

Kato lists the easements as PN 20-184 315mm/282mm Easement and PN 20-186 480mm/447mm Easement. It depends on the radius track you bought or need.

Look under the track at either end, if there is an arrow pointing out, its a banked side and will only connect to a banked side. The easement, or transition, pieces will have an arrow on one side (banked) and no arrow on the other (flat). That flat side is what you want to connect to the straight track. If you only have the track that's banked on both sides, you will need to get a set of the transition pieces to enter and exit the curve.

Yes, as mentioned, you'll need to get the easement curves(Kato 20-186). If you have any single track straight pieces, as a temporary solution you could use a pair of those at each end of the curve. They will twist enough to plug in to the flat track at one end and the super-elevated track at the other end still give a fairly smooth transition.
