I am doing a conversion from an RS11 to an RS36, and I was wondering if anyone had any clue how to add louvers to a model in ANY CAD Software. (I use Autodesk Inventor)

Another option would be to use Archer louver decals, as a fall back incase the cad thing doesn't work out.

Yes, but I am trying to sell these on shapeways. I could, though...

Do you want the louvers to actually have a slot that passes through the body, or just an embossed detail on the shell? Also, are you doing the entire shell, or just pieces that go onto an existing body?

The way I usually do it, if I don't have the actual angle of the louvers, is:

    - make a .4mm wide frame, .2mm thick
    - extrude a triangle in the cross-sectional shape of a single louver with the thick end being no less than .4mm
    (I just go with a .4mm, .4mm right triangle)
    - join them together and position them on the shell

I just want an embossed detail... but my customer said that he is going to use decals to do it.
