Precision Craft models EMD E7A with loksound

    Can anyone tell me how to get the n-scale Precision Craft models EMD E7A with loksound to move in DC mode?

    It just sits there making it's engine noises.

    Let me know how you guys make it move in DC. :frustrated:

    Some DC power supplies cannot operate those locomotives directly and instead need one of these in-between -

    Thank you for the reply. So you can't even go forward and backwards? I understand you can't use the extra sound triggers thou.

    Some DC throttles won't operate them at all. For example, I used to have an MRC Railpower 1300 that wouldn't budge them (headlight would come on, but no sound and no motor). MRC's Tech 3 and Tech 4 throttles reportedly have no problems running these locos.
