Somebodys got a tractor or 2 sitting in the middle of a muddy field missing their tires. Great weathering job Mike. Brian
Very nice work Eugen. We would like to see more of that layout!!! Thanks to all who've posted thus far. I'm getting great ideas for my flats!

Hey Mike, May I ask where you acquired all of the large tires? Been wanting to do this kind of load, but not rich enough to cannibalize usable equipment. This might be a good candidate for a Shapeways project.
I finally had to check out this thread. All my flat car loads are store bought. Not really impressive, I know. Does anybody REALLY care that I have all the M/T "City Scape " trailers ??? Didn't think so !!! I liked all that I saw, but my favorites were Carl Solwell's Excavator and his "Yellow Submarine" !!! Eugen Haenseler's Combines are great !!! But the Blue Ribbon (and a beer !!!) goes to x600 for the Wienermobile !!! It's an idea I had 13 yrs ago, but never acted on it. That is just sooo cool !!!
1862 pontoons on flats are in Alexandriato about to be shipped to MG Burnside My latest endevor for modeling Alexandria Virginia in 1862 is from this shot by Captain Andrew Russell in the National archives copies are also in the Library of Congress.
Ken- This kit is made by Railway Express Miniatures. I have one, but have not put it together yet. Ryan
Thanks Run8, Make mine a Genesee Cream Ale. (Large) The WMOFC always gets a laugh at the shows. It's an actual wiener whistle stolen directly from the Wienermobile. I took the time to paint it so it looked more "Prototypical". Just to add some credibility, this car and load snuck into a picture in N-Scale Railroading. Sometimes you just gotta have some whimsey!
I just saw an ad for a place called Models 11. The have a cool midget submarine. anyone order from them?
