Hi All - does anyone know what happened to LookModel the makers of small run, brass models - mostly Amtrak, UP and BNSF modern passenger and business cars. No I haven't seen them in awhile either might want to look over on Ebay they used to have a store there along with there own site. Made some nice Amtrak cars I've got a couple wish I purchased more I just tried to Google them in every way would come to mind and nothing. Guess there not in business anymore Sure didn't take Ebay long to price them way out there. Found one for sale Santa Fe Dome going for $305 with 11 bids. WOW that car didn't go for anymore than $125 Brand New from LOOK! Cha Ching! Saw that listing, which kind of made me wonder about them... I thought I had heard the owner went to work for Kato or something along those lines?

Ah, OK. Well, his last blog entry is from May of 2011 and the last time he got eBay feedback was in Feb of 2011. The website is still running though, so that's at least encouraging. Maybe he's just on some sort of hiatus? -Mark
