Hey TB members, Just got an e-mail that there will be a Swap & Sell meet just for Train stuff, Saturday 11/03/201 from 10am to 5pm at the big box hobby store in Kennesaw, Ga. I hope this post is allowed. We do not get many swap meets that I know of, outside of Atlanta. I am hoping the CFO lets me go. It'll be from 10-5, and it's totally free. If you want to sell, you have to bring your own table and chairs and such.

Well I went to the swap meet. A little disappointed. Only 6 tables. But it was the first year that they had it. The train department guy at the LHS said they will be holding it each year around this time. When I first arrived there was only 1 guy that had some N-Scale items, only diesel engines. So I went inside to see if any sales were going on, and when I left there was a another guy with a N-Scale table. I bought 6 building kits for $15.00, a freight depot, passenger depot and 4 house kits. The CFO (wife) went with me. Every time I go to a hobby shop or show, and I take her I buy more items than when I go by myself. She always says, Ohhhhh buy that I like that or it would look good on the layout. I really lucked up on this wife. Every hobby I have ventured into, she backs me all the way. Man am I lucky.
