I just happen to live in the tiny town of Luna, NM, and have been an N scale modeler for some 30 years. Am about to start building my layout room,(shed) for my models and am wondering if there are any NM modelers anywhere nearby in Catron County?:happy:
I once lived in Show Low, loved it and the people. Maybe we could get together once in a while if you're interested. We had a club there years ago, but it broke up due to disagreements on several issues. We had guys from St. Johns, (me), Snowflake, Taylor and the Springerville area. I had a lot of fun while it lasted. We had about half and half N and HO folks.

Silver Creek Railroad is the local club. Mostly HOers. Arent a bad bunch...just with all scales represented...there is more then a few disagreements. They set up a HO layout at the museum but I havent been by there lately. We can meet up either out your way or over here. Would be nice to meet other N scalers.
Soon as I get back up there I"ll get in touch with you, and I can sure come over your way. Am bringing all my N scale stuff with this time, as I am going to begin getting a shed built for my layout.
