Thanks Fellas. Its nice to hear things are looking O.K. and even resemble Wisconsin a bit. I worry that things my be looking too cartoonish sometimes, but I suppose that weathering will ease that. Thanks for the feedback. Specter, The F-stop setting seems to have really helped. I can't find my retake of the above picture at the moment, but things do look better. I retook the Presto Products photo and it seems to have helped:
Mmm Kay... Here is a shot of my simulation of a soybean field. It is meant to represent one in late in the season when most of the leaves have turned. Did I get close? Humor me & try not to look at the backdrop. Here is another shot of the woods with more of a grassy floor. Most of the woods have a leafy floor. But as this section is nearer the big river, I added more grass to simulate the tall weeds that grow in the flood plains near these rivers. Remember, these woods are seen in cross section hence the smaller trees are less frequently seen.
