Are you asking where to find such a switch? If so... There are 95 different 3PDT center off switches available from Mouser. And a similar number from Digi-Key. And 1 from Parts Express. If you are asking how to do the wiring, I hope someone else will jump in with an answer! - Jeff
If you're asking how to wire it, why do you (think you) need 3 poles? I can see left and right rails, but what's the 3rd pole for?

That is exactly what I do, and it works very well. Use two sets of contacts as a normal DPDT and the third set as your indicator contacts. Steve Troy
