N scale hobby shops- Charlotte NC?

Making a trip this month to the Charlotte area. Any must sees in the N scale world? The 1:1 world?

North Carolina Transportation Museum and the Little Choo Choo Shop are in Spencer, a little over an hour northeast. IMHO-Both are worth the trip.

hey spencer is perfect, i have to go to Thomas ville area to do a scuba diving course but i land in Charlotte.

 

The museum is about 3 miles off the Interstate you will travel to Thomasville. The hobby shop is across the street.
