Hello Folks. Its been a long time. I am writing to ask your opinion on something. The time has come that I have to sell what I started over 10 years ago. My kids have taken up my space and do not have any more time to play with what has been a long journey for me. Any suggestions on a price I can put on this. It is run on DCC. Thank You in advance.
Price is always tough on selling a layout. One reason is moving it the new location. Yours should be a lot easier than most. What all goes with it, is another question which will be asked.
Nice layout! Too bad you need to sell. How about getting rid of the kids?? (just kidding). I have seen layouts about this size and the people are asking around $1000. I would ask about $1200 and give a discount for someone who comes and picks it up. If you deliver I would stay firm at about $1200. This is just my opinion of course.
