    Both are a bit incorrect for the american hiway. What I like to do is use thick aluminup foil cut into strips of the desired lenth. I then press them up against corrigated styrene and cut the stripps about two groved high.

    its VERY 2 dimentional. Its basically a strip with a flat depresion in the center and not curved like the prototype.

    I have seen old rail used as the guards with good effect. Not quite prototype but about the right general dimensions for both posts and rail.

    Daniel - what type of aluminum foil do you use? Our alum foil in the kitchen is pretty darn thin - doesn't look like it would stand up to anything. . . . Do you have a picture?

    Have you looked at the back of the GMM parts?

    They are actually quite nice.
