46yrs Young! Today at work I hit a Dodge Neon in Guntersville. Driver....OK.....Neon.....totaled. LOL Jan I am going to the Yard Job in Gadsden for awhile. The last year I have had several derailments, several cars hit at crossings, one woman walk right out in front of my train, and too many 12hr days. I am going to go back and forth for about 8hrs a day and love it..........

Jerry, Sorry to hear about the trials and tribulations. That will make you "old" real quick. My dad was an engineer on the T&NO/T&L for 42 years and during that time he was unfortunate to hit and kill 4-5 people at crossings. I remember, ( as a youngster some 60 years ago ) that it really got to him. I don't know how you guys can stand it. You never know what idiot(s) will try to run crossing gates or crossbuck warnings.
