N Scale Intermodal Store?

Has anyone had any recent contact with The N Scale Intermodal Store in Jacksonville FL?

I put in a pre-order for some items back in May and it appears the items in question have now been released by the manufacturer.

I've been trying to contact them via email and telephone for weeks.
The emails have been bouncing back as undeliverable and I'm unable to leave a phone message. It just says we are unavailable please call back later.

I'm just trying to pay for/receive my order items and I'm now getting very concerned I may miss out on this product.

About 3 months ago I placed an Order with them after 3 wks & no item shipped I tried to contact them 1st by phone & as you stated no answer next I tried several E-Mails which were never answered fortunately I had paid with Paypal so as a last resort I contacted Paypal & my money was refunded the very same day. Good Luck

 

I know his wife died recently. I believe his health was failing.

 

I think it's been almost two years (if my memory serves) since his wife passed but I hadn't heard anything regarding Steve's health.

I hope all is well, I've order stuff from him about 6 months ago and service was great.

 

Well, it figures.. as soon as I post a "have you heard from" message on here I did finally hear from Steve via email about an hour ago.

Update: For anyone who had a pre-order with them for the new Trainworx parcel and/or drop frame trailers you may be out of luck.

I was advised by Steve that they did not receive their allotment of trailers.
