I have some of the Wheels of Time heavyweight baggage cars. The couplers keep coming apart where they press fit into the truck. Basically there is a short piece with the coupler that has a couple of pins that press fit into the truck. Anyone else having this problem?

I have not had any problems [yet] but I don't have a lot of road time on mine [yet]. I will keep an eye on them.

BTW, what kind of trucks (brand) are these?

I haven't had any such problems with my baggage car, but I have always gotten good responses to any of my product support inquiries that I have sent to Wheels of Time via the email at their website. Once, I had bolster pins that kept falling out (they were apparently a bad batch) and I was sent replacement bolster pins plus a few extras. The other time I had received a car missing some of the window glass, but stated my willingness to fix it myself if I only had the part. It showed up in an envelope within a few days. This is a company that stands by its stuff.

I just received a two car set of these and one coupler was apart. But everything was still there in the foam insert, so I could fix it. Nothing broken, just all in pieces.
Actually this truck with adjustable coupler box seems to be a good idea.

Yes, same, when cars arrived the couplers were in bits in the box, haven't faced up to putting them together yet, bit annoying really.

    If memory serves,

I reassembled the couplers and then ever so lightly melted the sides of the coupler box to seal them shut with a soldering iron. You know, the old micro trains sealing trick.

Yeah, but I like the fact the coupler mount is adjustable...annoying but a good tradeoff in my book.
