    greetings everyone glad to be here,been in N since the dark ages ..1977. presently have a door layout in my cave as my lovely refers to it.modelling SOUTHERN and the FAMILY LINES as they were in the late 70s early 80s. looking forward to corresponding with all you very talented folk here. thanks

    I saw another thread about high-hood GP30s. I would love to see a picture of one of those if you have any to post. I am not sure I've ever seen a high hood GP30. I am guessing it was a Southern edition.

    ill see what i have as far as photos go ,i remember they used one around here awhile as a yard switcher and on locals around 1979 or so.

    Welcome aboard. Since you are just getting into N scale, check out the temporary trainstore section for good quality second hand equipment for reasonable $$$.
