I think I have my answer, but I just wanted to confirm. I see that Digitrax now has DCE series throttles. Their website appears to indicate that these are approved for use in Europe. I can't see any other major difference in features between regular D series (UT-4D, DT-402D) and DCE (UT-4DCE, DT-402CE) throttles, but maybe I am missing something. Am I missing something?

The Digitrax items ending with a "CE" contain a radio product approved for use in the EU. The others are approved only for use in the USA and Canada (I believe).

Boosters are not affected. Items that this applies to are the UR92CE and the throttles UT4DCE and DT402DCE. Note that the simplex radio products are NOT included - only the duplex radio version. So there is no UR91CE or DT402RCE or UT4RCE

Okay, good. I want to upgrade at least one of my throttles to duplex and I am glad I can just stick with the "D" version and not go "DCE." Thank you for your responses!
