    Dear fellow modelers,

This is painful for me to type, but I'm going to have to sell off all of my N-scale stuff due to life/medical reasons. I'm not going to be able to stay in this scale. Most of my inventory will be Cotton Belt / Southern Pacific based. I will have some great deals on stuff so keep checking back. The money isn't as important as finding people who want to run my stuff. I want my stuff to have good homes to run around on. (This almost sounds like me selling a pet or something..lol ) Please check back often because I will continue to post stuff here before I ebay it. I want you guys to get the first chance at it. (I have some good stuff for SP/Cotton Belt modelers). My collection will sold off in sets if possible to end this process quickly. It will go first to Rolling Stock, Other items (Containers, etc...), track (I don't have much), and finally engines. I'll start tomorrow morning when I wake up. (Also my ebay name is the same as it is here. if you do not see anything here you can find what i have on ebay as well)

I am a disabled Vietnam veteran with asbestosis of the lungs..........so I can probably relate better than most others. If you are giving up your hobby for purely physical reasons..........give some thought as to how you might still enjoy it another way. If you have a huge collection, and are selling out for monetary gain, give some thought to keeping at least enough to enjoy. Build a small "Unitrack" layout (as I finally did-gave up the idea of "empire"), and enjoy running a train or two. If you give it up completely, not only will it leave you bored, but you WILL come to regret it.
My thoughts & prayers are with you, whatever your health issues, and what ever you decide.

I wish you the best, and my casita will make a wonderfully caring home for any N scale orphan. They will be well cared for, fed electricity, kept clean in a non smoke environment, and will have good overall care, let me know who needs a home, we have already made room for them, looking forward to your notice.

    Dear Sir,

Pending budgetary constraints, the CH&FR Railroad and Chestnut Hill HPS Museum would like to express interest in acquiring certain items of motive power or rolling stock appropriate to their operations or historic collection.

Please post a list along with asking prices and our purchasing agent will contact you to negotiate terms on those items that are of interest.

The Company and its employees wish you all the best in your health and your future modeling endeavors.

    Thank you,

    Mgmt.

Thanks for the overwhelming responses guys,

I think I may have been a little over dramatic about my condition. I have a med condition that will cause me to loose my eye sight eventually. It's hereditary. I've collected and ran N scale for years, but I know my eye isn’t as good as they were even a few years ago. So I decided to switch to HO scale because I can focus better. I'm not leaving the Hobby. It's just need to get a bigger scale I can see better :)

How is that? I tried and it says you opted out of PM. Find that very strange.
