Not this month. A number of factors are involved in what is announced each month and this month it was appropriate to hold off. Don't lose hope, there will be future announcements!
Hey Richard, wondering if you can help me?I have emailed to IM a number of times asking about replacement AC12 cab forward cabs or boiler + cab? Mine got squashed (trodden on actually). I have not recieved one reply yet.......can you help me?
IM has kinda disappointed me here lately and it has nothing to do with new releases but .... I spoke with the head guy there (leave names out for now) a few months ago (probably 4-5 now) about getting me something for the freight cars. He promised to get them for me while on his next trip to China. Didn't happen. I understand people forget , etc. but he made no effort to remedy the situation and to this date haven't heard from them. He also said they would be providing "spare" parts for the SD40-2W's and he would get back with me on them. Haven't heard on that subject either. A little disillusioned with IM right now. Maybe whomever is answering for IM on this forum can ask the head guy about the flaw I pointed out to him with regards to their production of undec parts for the n-scale 3-bay hopper to jog some memories around there. Would be nice if someone's word really meant something in today's world.
Spencerwu, The N AC-12's are shipping now. We are still testing & inspecting but they are flowing to dealers now.
I am looking for the observation car in SP. It was listed as a January release, but I haven't seen it show up for sale except one guy on E Bay. (Don't know if he really had stock) Have they been shipped to the dealers? If not, when? Thanks
HemiAdda2d, InterMountain has not taken over TrainWorx. We only provide some distribution for their products.
Pete, If you are referring to CCS7503 SP Lark 2-1-1 Buffet Observation Lounge, these cars are in stock and shipping to dealers now.
JDG, I can only apologize for your experience as it is not how InterMountain would like things to happen. If your conversation happened at a Train Show we speak with hundreds of folks and sometimes things get dropped. Certainly not our intention. Please give me a call at our toll-free number 800-472-2530, and ask for Richard. I'll see what I can do to take care of your needs.
Richard & IM Support Richard, Being a new dealer to IM I have to say thank you!!! I don't know what happened but I had Brett as my sales rep and now he is gone? He was a big help to a newbee.... I do want to say thank you to you and all of your staff, Denese, Maggie and the engine shop. Thank you again and it is a pleasure doing business with you... Paul Pellegrino PnP Trains
Richard - I have tried calling you like you said since last Friday (2-18-11) and everyone I have talked to there says you are there but they don't know where or you have stepped away. I have left you messages but you have yet to call me back. So yesterday I spoke with Frank A. and hopefully he will be getting with you on what I was asking him about. Frank said you guys were in the midsts of changing suppliers so maybe here soon in the future everything will get straight.
Finally talked to Richard today. Can you believe IM wants $54 for an F7 shell? They will sell you the mechanism for $36. States the mechanism doesn't have as much $$ in it that's why it is cheaper. Even a KATO is cheaper for their shells which have more parts (SD70, etc.). Their F7's cna be had for $20-22. Amazing!!!
Folks- We're sorry that you may be having problems of some sort or to some degree. However- Bashing. No. Not allowed. Not for any reason. NO. These things must be worked out between the two parties, privately. Boxcab E50 A TrainBoard Administrator
