That's what I do as well. "Hey, wait a minute, Mike!", some who know me will say. "You don't *have* a car." That's true. But I need to cut the sheets to fit on the trailer attached to my bicycle, so it's the same principle.
Hey Mike, If you bought that insulation board today, you could just strap your bike to IT and just toboggan yourself down the icy roads, home. Be safe out there! Bill Mock
You guys are so lucky. I have my foam board cut in Richmond by Ed, and have it ship down here. They dont stock foam boards down here, because we dont have that icy cold weather you guys enjoy.
Buy the minimum order amount, John and become the Florida distributer for model railroad foam. You can store it in your garage and sell it to the waiting masses! You'll make millions of Z scale dollars. :tb-tongue: Bill Mock
Try a construction supplier, foamboard is used in concrete forms. I've seen blue foam 6" thick on jobsites. But the builders reuse it, so you'll have to buy it new. Where do you live, anyway? I'm in southeast Georgia, and our homestores stock it.
