Big Thanksgiving Day in the USA when I always eat too much. I resting trying to recover so I decided to get the weekend started as it is already the weekend in Australia, UK, and the rest of east longitude. So please post your photos for the weekend here. No problem with posting more than once.

Here are four of my favorite Belmont Shore Club pictures taken around 1995-2000. The Belmont Shore Club is located in San Pedro, California near the LA harbor area and Point Furman.

One of my favorite pictures. Just a simple railway crossing but I thought it was very realistic.

Those bridges look scarily high, even in HO

Some newer locos soon to be weathered and detailled, not necessarily in that order.

Here is one taken of an NTRAK module of mine. No trains but I like the scene shot at a Ewing Pipe Line tank battery. . . . . .

Here is another shot of the area. [IMG]

I like your scenery and photography, Jon, and I like Carl's as well...nice, gentlemen.

Flash, that's an excellent bridge shot...WOW!

This week I am posting a photo of my trusty Y6b thundering up Seneca Hill, crossing the trestle, and sending one of those famous Norfolk & Western pillars of smoke into the sky.

Those Black Widows are spectacular, Flash.
Jon, great scenery, esp. the trees.
Carl, great scenes. Are they just to the right of the double conifers?
Love the inside curve shot of your coal drag, Crandell.

Here we can see No. 6 departing Laona NY. North Bound. Note the scratch built grapes in the foreground.

Here's one from a little while ago. My friend's CP mixed freight going around the corner on the WIMRC club's layout.

Note: You can see my reflexion in the window as I was taking the picture.

    Not necessarily "fun", but...

Always sad to see an unfinished layout destroyed, but I'm excited about the next one. I almost got the entire thing dismantled today. By the way, if anybody's interested in some of my N scale stuff, check eBay (search for "sam cahoon's fish pier"). As soon as the TrainStore forums are back up, I'll post something there.

Anticipation of the next layout is fun. Since TrainStore is down, members could just send a PM if they know what they are looking for?

I have de-turboed two of my Life Like GP20s to make them a little more modern. A few other details, too. These Life-Likes are very smooth after a hundred hours on the layout. I can polish the gears and get them to just crawl. Good for local switching.

Number boards to go so still working. Projects and more projects. Model railroading is great!

My favorite LHS is closing, so I dropped by to snap some pictures of the HOn3 layout before it's torn down.
