Actually, I bet they'll sell really well. Those are popular cars, and EBT modelers need far more of those than D&RGW modelers need of any type of car. The old kits for those cars show that there is a substantial demand for them as they sell for far more $$$ than the far more common D&RGW kits. In fact, those cars are currently in service at Chama, Durango, and have been in service on the WP&Y for decades. Maybe they'll re-release their C-19 as EBT #7...she was off the roster before the steel hoppers were common, but she'd be a nice piece of motive power. I may end up getting my first RTR HOn3 car in years... Michael
There may not be as many EBT modelers as for the D&RGW, but I am sure these would easily sell. Boxcab E50
Based on the request for EBT stuf on the HOn3 group, I reckon these are going to sell like hot cakes. I may actually get a couple for myself even though I collect the DRGW stuff.
And don't forget freelancers. They will like the hoppers too. Blackstone makes very good cars (and engines). It's worth the money. Wolfgang
Yes - these are popular cars. Good to see Blackstone making them in HOn3. I have two in On3, 1 GloorCraft and 1 C&BT Shops. I plan to use them on my D&RGW layout despite they weren't there until the 1970's. They will be sporting herald logos too. So much for my quest for historical accuracy!
