    I'll second that one!

Since I have been spending so much time on the layout recently, my blog and forum posts have been suffering miserably. :) Jamie

    Just doing it.
    I have the materials.
    I have the plan.
    I have the time.
I just have to do it.

    It used to be:
Choose the plan and follow through without changing the plan.

Scenicking overwhelms me sometimes, too. There is so much to do. Whenever I actually get something done on it, it's because I just picked something up at random and started slopping, sticking, pouring, carving, whatever. Where I start doesn't seem to make any difference.

Maybe you should just put on a blindfold, twirl around in the middle of the room until you get dizzy, and then stick a pin in somewhere.

Scenery is by far the hardest part for me. Not because I cannot do it technically, but because I cannot decide how to build it when everything has been optimized for the track plan.
E.g. I should build about 33 feet of backdrop and cannot decide how to do it. And the backdrop should go first, before I build the rest. So everything is in hold there :(
