I listed a Microace 0-6-6-0 on that dreaded auction site last night. It is in mint condition and has only been test run. I was going to build a logging railroad and realized it will never happen.
Search Microace 0-6-6-0 and it will come up.

    I also have a Microace D52-403 2-8-2 listed.

    Bummer,
List it here and I probably jump. List it there and yawn.. it's a pain in the butt (for me). Hope it sells high for you though.

That is a really nice model. I had one I sold on ebay a couple years ago. I remember it did very well...

I have two that might be available. They are brand new and only have been test run.

Ah spewing! Always thought about 'bashing' one of these into a cab forward of sorts......

It's a jewel of an engine. Mine, unfortunately, dropped an itsty-bitsy pin, so one of the combination levers (the vertical lever?) is just hanging there. I haven't had time to examine it for its DCC potential, or how to fix the dropped pin. From a cursory exam, it looked like DCC would be a bear, obviously in the tender, with very little clearances in the engine for wires.

I installed decoders in four of these steamers. They weren't that difficult to do once you isolated the motor from the frame. There was plenty of room for the wiring in the locomotive. Lenz silver mini decoders are wonderful; nice and small and compact plus they have more than enough functions for special features.

That's good news! I'm still working through my supply of older decoders, which I bought in too much quantity. After a cursory exam, which I admitted, it didn't seem like there was much room in the engine, because it is so small. When I get the layout moved and expanded, I'll try to fix the valve gear and do an install.

I still have two more 0-6-6-0's to work on. I reserved those for sound with the decoder and speaker in the tender. I had eight in all. Now there are six after I sold two yesterday.

I would first practice on a couple of Kato Mikado's or LL 2-8-4 Berkshires before tackling the Micro-Ace 0-6-6-0.
