Does anyone have a set of Kato caboose trucks I can borrow/purchase? I need them to photograph them to wrap up an article on freight car trucks in an upcoming issue of N-Scale. have you tried to order kato Mikado trucks? I have been able to get those when the caboose trucks are out of stock...
I have a couple kato cabeese that are collecting dust. I can send you the trucks if you PM me your address. Just promise to return them in a timely fashion or I will be forced to boycott the issue with your article in it.
Sorry if this off topic but, is there a prototype for the Kato cab? I have one and like the lil thing.
From what I remember, the caboose was offered as a standard flor plan in a catalog but never ordered. Boston & Main ordered a few without the cupola.
