Welcome to Trainboard. With a layout like that, you would love the Northpark trains layout (3-rail) that is open during the holidays. The scenery makes all the difference. Nice work.

    Good morning Louisiana Southern Pacific.

I also model in 1/4 scale hi-rail and love it. I operate the Southern Coastline Railway System (SCRS) - a bridge line where the trains of Southern Railway, Atlantic Coast Line and Seaboard Air Line cross over going to their destinations.

Your scenery really makes your layout - much better than mine. Perhaps someday I can spend more time on scenery work after I leave my full time employment - maybe next year - maybe not.

I will contact you on your priviate mail box.

I wish I spent a lot of time on the scenery work; my full time employment has me traveling every week from east coast to west coast. All I have is the weekends and well we all know the work around the house that needs to get done. The things I do. is to work out what I want in my head and then put it on the layout sometimes it takes a few hours sometimes a few minutes but once I have a idea will I just put in down and hope it comes out looking good.

    Thanks everyone
